Palate: Nutty and caramel

Second Pass

Nose: Old furniture, burnt sugar, dark caramel, marker

Palate: 10-year-old rye bourbon character

Finish: Mahogany, slightly smoky, more savory than sweet

Third Pass

Nose: Caramelized bananas, graham cracker, burnt sugar

Palate: Spice and dark chocolate, creamy banana notes

Finish: Drying, spice in mid-tongue, very full mouthfeel
